This signup page is currently available to admins only while the registration flow is being tested. Qualification will be played from Thursday 19 August through Saturday 21 August 2027. Each published start has 6 places. Players who already have a Scandinavian Crown profile from a previous year can reuse it. New profiles can include an optional club logo, shown as the same fixed circular badge for every player.

Choose your preferred start from the published times. Each start shows booked places out of 6, and full starts cannot be selected. Preference only: your selected qualification time is not guaranteed. Final qualification times may be adjusted depending on the number and distribution of applicants. I already have a Scandinavian Crown profile from a previous year Choose this if your existing tournament profile should be reused. You will not need to upload or take a new face photo. Face photo for new profile Choose an existing clear photo with only you in the picture, preferably head and upper body, good lighting and no heavy filters. JPG, PNG or WEBP, max 10 MB. On a phone you can also take a new photo below. The original photo is processed in your browser and is not retained on the server after you approve the finished profile.

Opens your phone's front camera. The photo is used as an attempt and you can review the finished profile before confirming.

Club logo optional If provided, the logo is automatically fitted into the same 326 px circular badge and placed in the same position for every player. The original logo file is not retained on the server after the finished profile is created.

Privacy, security & how your information is used

Before you register: your name, gender/category, country, PB, email, club and selected qualification time are stored so Scandinavian Crown can administer your entry and contact you about the tournament.

The main registration database and private profile storage are hosted with Supabase in Central EU (Frankfurt).
If you create a new profile, the face cutout and club-logo composition happen in your browser. Only the finished profile JPG is retained after approval; the original face photo and original club-logo file are not stored on the server.
Registration confirmation is sent through Resend. Your registration details are included in email messages, and a newly approved profile JPG is sent privately to the organiser. Resend states that its email/message data is stored in the United States under applicable transfer safeguards.
Your registration information is available to authorised tournament organisers/admins. It is not sold to advertisers or data brokers and is not used for targeted advertising or to train our own AI models.
Public use of your tournament profile is optional. The separate checkbox below controls whether the profile may be published on official Scandinavian Crown channels.
You can request access, correction or deletion and can withdraw optional media consent by contacting sebastian@9pin.se. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
